We spent three days alongside fellow country partners who are doing exactly what we are doing in the UK – using Ziik to reshape the way business networks communicate, operate, and grow in their home markets. It was fascinating to hear first-hand accounts of the difference Ziik is making in those countries, and the often inventive ways in which business owners are putting its features to work. It gave us a much richer picture of just how transformative this platform can be.
We have already seen that kind of impact with a number of our own franchise partners here in the UK, of course, but we came back from Copenhagen with a great deal more to think about, and a great deal more to share with you.
If you are new to Ziik, you can read more about it here.
A tech solution which just keeps on raising the bar
The thing which also most impresses us on these visits is the culture of the team building it. The Ziik developers have a track record of pulling genuinely game-changing new features out of the bag on a regular basis – not incremental tweaks, but meaningful additions which open up new possibilities for the franchisors using it.
Two powerful new features have been added, both designed with franchise networks specifically in mind:
- Recurring checklists – a feature which keeps everyone in your network properly on task, now enhanced with a full search facility and built-in chat functions, so that the right people can find what they need, ask questions, and stay accountable all in one place
- Improved copying and pasting of images – designed to save a significant amount of time and effort for anyone managing content and communications across multiple locations at scale
These are not features which have been added for the sake of a longer product brochure. They are the kind of practical improvements which come directly from listening to the people using the platform in real working environments, and they reflect exactly the kind of user-first culture we look for before we put our name behind any software.
Ziik is not the only exciting package in our Software House but it is certainly one of the most dynamic and innovative, and the Copenhagen trip has reinforced our belief in it considerably.
If you would like to see it in action with a free demo, or talk about how any of the other software we recommend can improve how your franchise operates, we’re always happy to help. Likewise, if you’d just like someone to cast a professional eye over your current tech and software, and suggest some ways for you to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and open up new avenues for growth, please do let us know!
