“I help franchisors convert more leads into franchise sales”

A specialist in franchise recruitment marketing, Andrew works with brands to unlock the full value of their lead pipeline, whether that means building it from scratch, reactivating dormant leads, or optimising the follow-up process.

He leverages tools like CRM systems, email marketing, automation, lead scoring and AI to help brands attract, engage, and convert more of the right franchisees.

With over a decade in franchising and 25+ years of CRM and automation experience, Andrew brings both big-picture thinking and detail-driven execution to every project.

He’s a firm believer in data-backed decisions and clear reporting, giving clients the visibility they need to scale recruitment with confidence.

Andrew has worked with both UK and global franchise brands, helping to generate over £5m in initial franchise fees alone, creating a potential lifetime value in excess of £170m over the past 8 years.

Franchising career highlights include:
  • Driving the marketing that helped to generate 5 franchise sales per month for 14 consecutive months for one brand.
  • Producing the highest number of leads of any franchisor with a plus £100k investment level during the challenging year of 2021. (Source BFA WorkBuzz survey).
  • Consistently delivering targeted email marketing campaigns to established databases, turning cold leads into franchise sales.
  • Launching two new master franchises in the UK, building their entire recruitment infrastructure from scratch, including strategy, CRM systems, messaging, and early-stage lead generation that produced their first sales before brand awareness was established.
  • Playing a key role in the submissions for the Elite Franchise Top 100 UK Franchises, helping énergie Fitness secure four consecutive top 10 finishes (2nd 2019, 6th 2020, 3rd 2021, 10th 2022).
  • Helping énergie Fitness win the 2019 BFA Award for Brand Awareness and Innovation, contributing to both the submission content and live judging panel presentation.

Andrew takes a keen interest in the latest trends in franchise recruitment, marketing and AI, researching and testing how these can be applied to improve results for clients.

Away from the franchising and marketing world, Andrew is a fitness enthusiast competing at an amateur level in CrossFit and Hyrox. His most recent highlight is securing a place and competing at the Hyrox World Championships in Nice, France, in June 2024 in the men’s doubles category for his age group.
