How we can Help

Sounds simple, and it is! However, there are layers of complexity woven through every stage, compounded by the sheer size and number of different markets out there. All have their own unique rewards, but all have their own unique characteristics and challenges, too. International franchising is never as easy as simply replicating what worked in one country and expecting it to perform the same in another.

However, that’s where our expertise comes into play. With more than 40 years’ experience working with international franchises all around the globe, and a network of hundreds of key contacts among local experts in dozens of countries, we can help you create a road map to success anywhere in the world.

Just like every other service at The Franchising Centre, we can be there for you in as large or as small a capacity as you need, providing everything from a full consultancy team at your disposal, to periodic advice and project support.

It all starts with a full assessment of where you are now, where you want to be, and what you need to do to get there.

Ready to get started? Fill in the form at the bottom of this page and we can arrange a time to talk.

Tailored Support at Every Level

Every franchise is different, as is every franchise’s needs for each new market and stage of development. Which is why we offer not a single “one-size-fits-all” package, but a whole spectrum of services which you can access in as large or as small a manner as you need to achieve your goals.

These include any or all of the services listed above, but also come with the option of a range of supplementary services from digital and IT systems, content and design, and marketing support. We can also arrange for one of specialist consultants, or one of our key contacts in your target regions, to act as intermediaries and even take on non-executive directorship roles on your board for as long as you need them.

Market Entry Studies

A comprehensive Market Entry Study is the single biggest factor that separates international franchise success from failure.

It should be so much more than just a decent plan backed by a bit of online research, but rather an in-depth analysis that reveals what will work, what won’t, and exactly how to achieve clearly defined goals in a new market.

This is what transforms franchise expansion plans from hopeful thinking into a proven, market-ready opportunity, and it’s what serious investors look for when weighing up whether a brand is truly prepared to support growth in their region.

Our Market Entry Studies provide exactly this level of rigour and insight. Each study we produce covers, as a minimum:

Local market analysis

Competitor performance, consumer behaviour trends, and informed forecasts of future growth potential

Localisation strategies

How your product or service aligns with cultural preferences and customer expectations

Market potential and capacity

Territory-level analysis for viable locations and rollout strategies

Local franchising insights

Legal frameworks, operational norms, and key success factors

Competitor analysis

both customer-facing brands and franchised propositions competing for investors

Strategic market positioning

Accounting for diverse regional differences and territorial demarcation

Financial modelling

Projections for startup costs, EBITDA potential, and payback periods

Implementation plans

Suppliers, equipment costs, technology enhancements, and fit-out strategy

Support structures

Clear division of responsibilities between franchisor and investors

After being present on the European market for almost two years, with four units in three countries decided to expand the unique Museum concept into International Franchise. The name of Farrah Rose and The Franchising Centre was the number one choice from several references. From day one, cooperation with Farrah, Alan and The Franchising Centre team was amazing from a business-wise professional approach to the intangible and tangible segments where Farrah has understood our core business in-depth and provided us with inputs and materials that had exceeded our expectations. Since we are a board of senior managers, our expectations were high, to be clear. Farrah, we hope that you will read this, we must admit that our main concern was working remotely with you and your team, since we are company based in Croatia, and Farrah is based in the Worldwide airports most of the time; but now when we have finished all steps of developing International Franchise Business and currently are preparing for our first presentation and Franchise expo attendance in Dubai (also lead by Farrah and team), we must admit that such support, involvement, answering to emails, telephone calls within as soon as possible has been amazing and supportive. We are looking forward to having The Franchising Centre as our partner throughout the next steps of our International Franchise Business development journey. And Farrah as a mentor and a valuable person, that we would like to call a friend.
